He was compelled to make representation dated 27th February, 2025 to respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate). There be direction upon said respondent to protect her client by discharging duty under rule 21(2)(i) in Uttar Pradesh Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2014. On query, Ms. Gupta submits, direction be made for consideration of her client's representation. Mr. Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be looked into. In the circumstances, instead of noticing private respondent nos. 3 and 4, we direct respondent no. 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 27th February, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of his representation to said respondent. For purpose of consideration, respondent no. 2 may notice private respondent nos. 3 and 4.
