ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 4th and 5th Respondents in non-investigating and filing charge sheet in Crime/FIR No. 89 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 324 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) SC ST POA Act, without arresting the accused persons for the offences committed by them, as being illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on him under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th and 5th Respondents to complete the investigation and file Charge Sheet in the said crime by subjecting them to the process of arrest and judicial remand in the said crime and pass such..…”
2. Heard Sri K.Koutilya, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are not investigation and filing any charge sheet in FIR No. 89 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 324 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) SC ST POA Act, even after lapse of five years.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.

5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
