The petition filed by the father seeking custody of minor child under Sections 10 and 25 read with Section 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the father.
2. Ms.G.Urmila, learned counsel representing Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority.
3. Since the minor child now attained majority, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
No order as to costs.
