Princika Gupta vs. Nishant Gupta), under Section 147 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, Village Court, Dhampur, District Bijnor, within a time bound period. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, within a period of 60 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
