The petitioner has filed present petition assailing order dated KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.10.16 17:40:22 +0530 08.09.2025 by which the petitioner who was posted as Hostel Superintendant at Pre Matric Schedule Caste Boys Hostel, Thathari, Block Jaijaipur has been transferred to Pre Matric Schedule Caste Boys Hostel Kachanda, Block Jaijaipur. 2. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case it is quite vivid that the petitioner has been transferred within same block, which does not fall within the ambit of transfer. Therefore,I am of the view that no illegality or irregularity has been committed by the respondents in issuing the transfer order which warrants interference by this Court. 3.
