This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioners/accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) assailing the issuance of summons against the petitioners, who are arrayed as A.2 to A.5 in C.C.No.239 of 2018 by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tuni. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. The trial Court seems to have issued summons to the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 to appear before the Court on 11.07.2018. Aggrieved by the said orders, the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 preferred the revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the C.C.No.239 of 2018 was disposed on 09.11.2020. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said C.C.No.239 of 2018 was disposed on contest on 09.11.2020 and ended in acquittal. 3 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.C.No.239 of 2020 on 09.11.2020, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
