Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, as matter has been settled down between the parties outside the Court, therefore, he does not want to prosecute the case further. Hence, counsel for the petitioner prayed that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
3. Counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, which is well supported by an affidavit, I.A. No.4/2025, application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw instant writ petition.
