Rarry, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 though objected for allowing the amendment application, he fairly states that without prejudice to the rights of the respondents, the said application may considered and may be allowed. [4] In view of the above, the present application is allowed. [5] Registry is directed to take necessary steps for amending the said prayer in the contempt petition filed by the petitioner.
