Appearance: Mr. Anonoy Basu, Adv. ..for the plaintiff for Somnath Chatterjee The Court:- As prayed for by the plaintiff, in the Judgment dated 9th September, 2025, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner which are as follows:- In the appearance portion of the aforesaid Judgment dated 09/09/2025, the name of one of the Advocates appearing for the plaintiff being “Mr. D.N.Sharma, Adv.”, should be corrected as “Mr. D. N. Sharma, Sr. Adv.”. At page-2 of the same Judgment, in the 1st and 2nd line of the 3rd paragraph, the words should be inserted in between “to be” and “the” is “one of the named executors” and the two words being “sole Executrix” should be deleted. 2 At page-5, in the 1st line of the 2nd paragraph, instead of the words “evidence not”, it should be read as “evidence nor” and also in the 3rd line of the same paragraph “PW 1” should be read as “PW 3” and in the 4th line of the same, the word “PW 3” should be read as “PW 1”. Other portions of the same Judgment remain unchanged. Let the aforesaid corrections be rectified and incorporated in the Judgment dated 9th September, 2025.
