Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of complaint made by respondent No. 6 who is not known to the petitioner regarding caste of the petitioner, present case has been initiated against the petitioner by the District Level Caste Verification Committee. The petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground. Even if any complaint is to be filed regarding the dispute with regard to her caste, it should have been filed against her husband. After lapse of 20 years after death of her husband, the present complaint has been filed which is not permissible. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file representation raising all the aforesaid grounds before the authority and direction may be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the same. 3. Considering the submission, present writ petition is disposed of granting aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner, in turn, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
