No.398 of 2022, pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal to the file of Family Court, Nagpur. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that if the Court permits her to appear through Video-Conference (VC), it will suffice the purpose and in case if the physical appearance is required, the non- applicant should pay the travelling expenses. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the non- applicant objected for travelling expenses. 5. Considering the fact that, the applicant is a lady and if she travels from Nagpur to Bhusawal, then the non-applicant is liable to pay the travelling expenses. 6. In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms:- i. The applicant can appear through VC in the proceedings pending before the Civil Judge, Senior 2025:BHC-NAG:8284 2 11. MCA 978.2023.odt Division Bhusawal, if the said facility is available in the Court. ii. Whenever the physical presence is required, the non-applicant shall pay Rs. 3000/- to the applicant towards travelling expenses for every visit. 7. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
