The petitioner has filed present petition assailing preliminary inquiry initiated against him on the ground that earlier also preliminary inquiry has been conducted for the same cause wherein he has been exonerated from the allegation. 2. In the present case regular inquiry has not been initiated. Considering the law with regard to interference in the preliminary inquiry in absence of any challenge to competency and authority, writ petition not maintainable at this stage. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition (s) is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise his grievance, if his rights have been adversely affected in regular departmental inquiry initiated against him.
