Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in Crime No. 255 of 2025 of Bapatla Town Police Station, is completed and charge sheet is also filed before the concerned Magistrate Court, which is pending for consideration. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they have evidence regarding the incident and the said evidences are placed before the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation apart from the representation to the Superintendent of Police. 4 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
