This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no. 2 to 3 to insure the fair investigation in pursuance of first information report dated 22.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 190 of 2024 under Section 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS, P.S. Parsamlik, District Mahrajganj. Further prayer has been made to prohibit the concern parties not to execute any sale deed in favour of anybody of the alleged disputed land in question. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. B/05/2025 has been forwarded on 16.02.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
