Petitioner’s claim for payment of salary cannot be adjudicated since there is a specific averment in impugned order that his services were terminated way back on 12.09.2014. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it a case of petitioner that said order was never served and has not seen light of day as well as that petitioner has been paid salary from State Exchequer till 27.08.2021. He further submits that in absence of said document petitioner has no opportunity to challenge it. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with observation that copy of aforesaid order shall be provided to petitioner by Manager of Committee of Management of Mahajan Purv Madhyamik Vidyalay, Salampur, Deoria within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter petitioner will have liberty to challenge it, if so advised.
