JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner – plaintiff is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “i) Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order to the Hon’ble Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, at Hoskote, for adjudication of the suit in O.S.No.2454/2022 (old O.S.No.782/2009) pending before the Hon’ble Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, at Hoskote, by fixing time frame for speedy disposal, ii) grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice, equity and law.” 2. The petitioner – plaintiff institutes a suit in O.S.No.782/2009 seeking specific performance of the agreement of sale, on 18.06.2009. The defendant files written statement. After which, the suit is transferred and renumbered as O.S.No.2454/2022. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 3. In the light of the fact that the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to endeavour to conclude the suit, within an outer limit of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier. 4.
