3. Learned State Counsel submits that the State Government has taken a decision to grant benefit of ad- hoc services to petitioner towards pension. He has produced in Court Office Memorandum dated 05.05.2025 issued by Secretary, Education, Government of Uttarakhand. He further submits that Director, Secondary Education, Uttarakhand has issued a letter on 05.05.2025 itself, directing the Chief Education Officers Nainital, Champawat & Almora to do the needful in terms of Office Memorandum dated 05.05.2025.
4. Since the State Government has already taken a decision to grant benefits, in terms of judgment of Writ Court on 05.05.2025, therefore, Contempt Petition is
disposed of with a direction to the Chief Education Officer, Champawat to release the monetary dues available to petitioner, in terms of State Government’s
order within eight weeks from today.
5. It is made clear that if the outstanding dues are not released to petitioner within eight weeks, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek recall of this order.
