The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R Case No.353 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal, arising out of Ghantapada P.S. Case No.121 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4)/338/336(3)/340(2) of BNS. 3. The allegation against the present Petitioner is that producing fake certificate he got employment and was working as a Primary School Teacher. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is facing departmental proceeding for submitting the alleged fake certificate. Hence, he may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes such payer. 6. Taking into account the nature of allegation, which is prima facie based on documentary evidence, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.
