Present petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 10.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 551 of 2023, under sections 406, 420 I.P.C. and Section 66C of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Admittedly, this is second petition for the same cause of action as earlier Criminal Misc.Writ Petition No. 19501 of 2023 was dismissed on merit vide order dated 18.12.2023 thereafter his anticipatory bail application was also rejected by learned court below vide order dated 22.10.2024. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. Taking a lenient view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, without imposing any cost.
