Mr. Jata Shankar Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's fuel bills for supply made to respondent no.2, amounting Rs.3,04,954/-, accumulated from 01st April, 2020 to 31st March, 2022 have not been paid. There be direction for payment along with 10% interest. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the claim needs verification. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.2 along with copy of the bills of supply. Within three weeks of the communication payment is to be made unless, petitioner within that time is made known that the bills are incorrect or fabricated. In default, said respondent will also pay 10% simple interest per annum calculated on the aggregate sum on and from 31st March, 2022 till date of payment. The writ petition is disposed of.
