This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue the Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere into the Civil dispute in between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents 7 and 8 while pending the OS No. 4 / 2020

on the file of the Court of the Hon'ble III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, Kurnool District as per the G.O.Ms.No. 288, Home (PS and C.A2) Department dated 06.11.2010 of the 1st Respondent as well as the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Farhat Begum Vs. Inspector of Police, Hyderabad and others reported in 2021 (2) ALD 349.”
2. Heard Sri B.Sesi Bushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the PGRS application of the respondent No.5, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against him. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
