The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 28130 of 2024. 3. In pursuance to order dated 12.05.2025, Mr. Praveen Mishra, Collector, Mau-opposite Party No. 1 and Mr. Hemant Kumar Chaudhary, SDM, Sadar, District Mau-opposite party No. 2 are present before the Court and filed their affidavit disclosing that vide order dated 19.05.2025 the representation of the applicant has been decided and order of writ Court has been decided by the opposite party. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
