Side) O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2, to remove the information relating to the criminal cases in the website of the respondents 3 & 4 or mask the name of the petitioner. 2. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.118 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.15709 of 2025 2023 in Crime No.18 of 2019 and in view of the settlement entered between the petitioner and the counter party, the said proceeding was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3967 of 2025 by an order dated 17.02.2025. Now the petitioner wants to remove the above informations in the website of the respondents 3 & 4, in the online platforms or mask the name of the petitioner in the said information as it affects the right of privacy and life and liberty of the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4. In view of the settlement entered between the parties, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to remove the information in the website of the respondents 3 & 4 in all associated cases relating to the criminal proceedings in Crime No.18 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein and C.C.No.118 of 2023 on the file of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, the lookout circular order dated 17.04.2024 in Criminal O.P.No.4008 of 2024 issued by the first respondent herein during the pendency of the proceedings and quash https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.15709 of 2025 order in Crl.O.P.No.3967 of 2025 from the online platforms, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
