Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the impugned rowdy sheet vide HS.No.626/15 was closed long ago i.e., on 10.05.2016 as per the proceedings of SDPO-WD/GTR- U/2016 and therefore, police will not call the writ petitioner to the police station, on the ground that rowdy sheet is pending. 4. The submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 5. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be closed, as rowdy sheet was closed. 6. As per the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and in the light of foregoing facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission, 3 without going into the merits of the case.
