This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in R.dis No. 3466/2024/A4, dated 09.04.2025 on the file of the 5th respondent herein and quash the same and issue consequential direction to the 1st respondent herein to initiate departmental proceedings on the 5th respondent on the petitioners representation dated 16.04.2025. 3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner sought for liberty to prefer an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and on considering the same, orders shall be passed in accordance with law. 4. In the circumstances this Court is inclined to grant liberty, to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be admitted, if it is otherwise in order without reference to limitation.
