1. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following relief(s):- I. That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioner's pending application for permission to sell rehabilitation land, registered
as

Proceeding
No. 202405021700239-B-121 of 2023-2024 pending since 2023-2024 without any reason in an expedited manner, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court; II. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems, fit
3 in the facts and circumstances, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application seeking permission for sale of government land allotted to him. The said application was filed on 15.5.2024 and since then it has been pending consideration.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has sought instructions in the matter and according to which, the application submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration.
4. In view of the submissions of counsel for the parties, particularly considering that the application seeking permission of Respondent No.3 to sell the subject land is still pending
consideration, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to Respondent No.3 to pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Ordered accordingly.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the Petition is disposed of. Sd/-
