GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing order C.No. 17/ ACP-E/ 2022 dated 12-03-2022 revoking the permission granted to the petitioner earlier vide order dated 10-03-2022 to conduct meeting at Gurajada Kalakshetram, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam on 15.03.2022 between 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., unilaterally as illegal, arbitrary , violation of Articles 14 and 25 of Constitution of India and against principles of natural justice and to consequently set aside the rejection order passed by the 4th respondent vide C.No. 17/ ALP-E/2022 dated 12-03-2022 while directing the 4th respondent to allow the petitioner to conduct Religious Function i.e., - Silver Jubelee Celebrations of OPHIR Ministries North Andhra at Gurajada Kalakshetram, Siripuram, Visakahaptnam which going to be held on 15-03- 2022 between 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Venkata Durga Rao Anantha, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter as the relief has become infructuous. 3. Sri V.Farooq, leaned Assistant Public Prosecutor for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
