B.further declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not registering the FIR aganist the Respondent Nos.
6 to 10 and Others in spite of the petitioner's oral and written complaint dated 21-12-2022 and 02-01-2023 and also inspite of sending the complaint thorugh post and further on several requests and Personal approaches of the petitioiners is illegal, arbitrary, improper, and unconstitutional and against the procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure And C.Consequently
direct the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and their Sub-Ordinate officers not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and also direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to enquiry into the high handed acts of the Respondents 4 and 5 for their high handed and illegal acts towards the petitioners and their family members and to take necessary action in the interest of the justice. D.Further consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 5 to Register the FIR against the Respondents 6 to 10 and others basing on the written complaint dated 21-12-2022 and 02-01-2023 lodged by the petitioners and sent through post and take action as per the procedure contemplated under law and to file final report forthwith as per the law and also procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure And to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to interefere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioners: SHAIK MEERAVALI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropiate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus A.declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action against the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and their Sub-Ordinate Officers in. interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and also harrasing the petitioners and their family members at the behest and infulence of Respondents 6 to 10 by making use of their offical powers for their personal benefits as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India. 2. Heard Sri Shaik Meravali, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not registering the FIR basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated 21-12-2022 and 02-01-2023 and also respondent police are interfering in the life and liberty of the petitioners.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioners a crime was registered in Cr.No.70 of 2022 under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C on the file of Railway Police Station Nandyala against accused and the same is pending for investigation. He further submits that respondent police are not interfering in the life and liberty of the petitioners.
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the life and liberty of the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
