THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 976 OF 2025 ORDER: fi !7 \{ \!: \ This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.300/2024 of Ill Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 143(3),144(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 3. Case of the prosecution in brief is that on 21.12.2024, at about 06.30 PM, the Inspector of Police, lll Town Police Station, on credible information, along with his staff and mediators, raided the Devenci Thai Spa, found A1, who is owner-Gum-Manager of the Spa, and on questioning, they revealed that in the shadow of the Spa, women are being engaged for sexual exploitation for sake of money. On checking rooms, four male and four female persons were there and body massage was going on, and each customer was charged Rs.1,500/-. lt is alleged that the said premises was being used for running a brothel house.
