This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To issue, a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondent No. 2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Padrauna, district Kushinagar to decide the Proceeding of Case No. 202205440109373 (Asha Devi Vs. Radhe Shyam) Under Section 210 of U.P.L.R. Act (New Section 35 (2) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006), Village Jangal Jagdishpur, Tappa Chaura Badgaon, Pargana Sidhuwa Jobna, Tehsil Padrauna, district Kushinagar Pending before it, expeditiously within a short Period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. So that Justice may be done with the Petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
