1. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2025, which is an application for exemption from filing of typed copy.
2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A. No. 01/2025 is allowed.
3. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT
2 reliefs:-
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent to consider the representations of petitioner (Annexures P-3) for compassionate appointment, within stipulated time. 10.2 That, any other reliefs which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of death of husband of the petitioner, namely, Late Shri Keshav Kumar Chandra (ex-employee No. 025859) who was working in the post of Technician Grade-2. She filed an application for grant of compassionate appointment on 04.12.2024, however, the said application is still pending though the death of the employee occurred on 21.09.2020.
5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, leaned counsel for the respondent is directed to decide the application for grant of compassionate appointment as per rules within a period of four weeks.
6. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands
