JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for the following prayer: i. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned endorsement dated 19.05.2023 bearing No.A1P1A/386 issued by the 1st respondent, the original of which is produced as Annexure-M since the same is arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law. ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to extend the benefit of regularisation of service with retrospective effect and consequential benefits thereof, iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the state Government to extend the benefits of grant-in-aid to the petitioner. 2. During the pendency of this writ petition, the respondent - the Karnataka Power Corporation Limited ('KPCL' for short) , has passed an order dated 06.11.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45926 WP No. 23102 of 2023 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has placed a copy of the order vide memo dated 10.11.2025. 4. In view of the order passed by the respondent - KPCL, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.11.2025, if so advised. 6.
