This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 11.05.2017 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Katghora (C.G.) in Civil Suit No. 81A/2015, whereby the learned family Court has granted ex-parte decree of divorce in favour of respondent herein. 4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 10.10.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 5. Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 10.10.2025 is being made part of this order. 6. The respondent in person handed over a cheque of ₹5,00,000/- to appellant Smt. Radhabai, which is accepted by her in the presence of her Counsel. This fact is also taken on record. 7.
