This Court, vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in MCRC No. 150/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Vivek Sarkar had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.10.17 15:29:23 +0530 2 order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bastar Place Jagdalpur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 24.09.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of some prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
