1. By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking following prayers:
“a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No. l to decide the representation of the Petitioner and take action as law in a . time bound manner; and b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.l to comply with order dated 07.04.2022 passed in execution petition bearing no. Ex. No.379/17 titled as "M/s Standard Brand Ltd. vs. M/s Sri Radhamadhav Estate Pvt. Ltd." as per lavv; and c. Award cost(s) of the present petition; and d. Pass any other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
