GHAROTE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ. DATE : 24-04-2025 2025:BHC-NAG:4251-DB 2 wp6080.24.odt JUDGMENT : (Per : ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Heard. RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. By this petition, the petitioners question the issuance of the advertisement dated 27-09-2024 by respondent No.3, thereby continuing the process of allocating work pursuant to the advertisement dated 10-09-2024. 3. Mr. Mokadam, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4, tendered across the bar a communication dated 23-04-2025 before the Court, which is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. We would like to reproduce the relevant paragraph of the said communication, which reads as under : “lq# vlysyh ;kfpdk dzekad 6080/2024 e/;s izkIRk ‘kklukps mRrj e/;s eqnnk dzekad&17 yk ftYgk ifj”kn xMfpjksyh us f’k{k.k foHkkxkdMhy ,dq.k 157 dkes xzke iapk;r ,soth ‘kklu fu.kZ; fnukad 05-04-2023 uqlkj lqf’k{khr csjkstxkj vfHk;ark@etwj lgdkjh laLFkk o [kqyk da=krnkj oxZ ;kauk okVi dj.;kph dk;Zokgh gh fnukad 20-09-2024 P;k ‘kklu fu.kZ;kiqohZph vlY;kus fnukad 20-09-2024 P;k rjrqnh ykxq gksr ulY;kps EgVys vkgs- dfjrk ‘kklukus lknj dsysY;k ‘kiFki=kizek.ks ftYgk ifj”kn ps iqohZph ykWVjh lqpuki= fnukad 10-09-2024 uqlkj lqf’k{khr csjkstxkj vfHk;ark@etwj lgdkjh laLFkk o [kqyk da+=kVnkj oxZ ;kauk okVi dj.;kl ;k dk;kZy;kph dkghgh gjdr ukgh-” 3 wp6080.24.odt 4. A bare perusal of the said paragraph would indicate that the respondents have no objection to allotting the work to the petitioners as per G.R. dated 05.04.2024, published vide advertisement dated 10.09.2024. 5. In view of the same, the petitioners, the unemployed engineers registered with the department, would get the work in terms of the Government Resolution dated 05-04-2023. 6. In such an eventuality, the petitioners' grievance has been redressed; therefore, the petition is disposed of in the above terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.)
