Ir 2 It is submitted that the petitioner has filed W.P.No.9664 of 2025 against

This Court vide order dated nd between the petitioner and the 2 10.04.2025 directed the police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 to 7 therein. It is submitted that on 19.04.2025, Crime No.46 of 2025 is registered
4. alleging various offences. It is further submitted that the police now open a window by registering a crime against the petitioner herein who is a senior citizen aged about 76 years, it is also apprehended that the police might take some coercive steps against the petitioner. Considering the
submissions made, the Station House Officer,

Chinnamandem Police Station, Annamayya District shall complete the investigation in the said crime, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner herein by strictly abiding to the provisions of Section 35(3) BNSS providing that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. This order shall not preclude the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer from filing the final report/charge sheet.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
