The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents particularly 3RD Respondent in non-deciding the Revision Petition, dated 02.09.2025 filed by petitioner's against the proceedings made by the 5TH Respondent questioning mutation of name of 6th Respondent in record of rights connected to his agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.3.00 Cents covered by S.No.66 situated at Chopparamannagudem Revenue Village of Koyyalagudem Mandal in Eluru District, Erstwhile West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on him/her under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3RD Respondent to decide said Revision Petition and pass orders in accordance with law…”
2. Heard arguments of Sri Pala Karthi Kiran, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though the petitioner filed a representation on 02.09.2025 as against the orders of the 5th respondent to the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent did not entertain the application and even numbering is also not done. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition without going into the merits of the matter. DR,J W.P.No.29187 of 2025

As the petitioner has already approached the 3rd respondent by filing a statutory remedy, the 3rd respondent is directed to entertain the same and pass appropriate orders based on the record after getting report from the concerned authorities and also after following due process. The said exercise may be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, all pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________
