Upon this, learned counsel for the pettioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No. 2 herein above that repsondent No. 2-workman has died during the pendency of the present petition and no one has come forwards on his behalf to pursue the present petition, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the present petition in case, the legal heirs of the respondent No. 2-workman are still interested to execute the impugned award dated 05.12.2013 (Annexure P-6). 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. It is made clear that without the permission of this Court, the impugned award dated 05.12.2013 (Annexure P-6) qua the recovery of back- wages from the petitioner-corporation will not be implemented as the same has already been stayed by the Co-ordiante Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.07.2014. 5.
