It is brought to the notice of the Court that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the present matter. Consequently, the relief sought in the present writ petition no longer survives, and the petition has rendered infructuous. 5. In view of the above, the present Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 24.04.2026 have directed both the parties not to pursue proceedings further before the trial court. Since the charge-sheet has now been filed and the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous and has been dismissed by this Court, therefore the parties shall be at liberty to proceed with the cases filed by them before the Trial Court, in accordance with law.
