In this petition, the petitioners have sought direction to participate in the school examination for the academic year 2020-21. The petitioners have also sought relief to cancel the examination scheduled on 24.06.2020 and to set aside the circular dated 20.05.2020. 3. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioners and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The examination was scheduled on 24.06.2020 and further, the petitioners were not permitted by this Court to participate in the examination, therefore in opinion of this Court, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
