Petitioner, the Karnataka Lokayukta represented by its Registrar is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by order dated 26.03.2021 in Application No.6594/2019 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), allowing the application of respondent No.2,

quashing the articles of charge dated 05.09.2019 as well as order of entrustment of enquiry dated 02.08.2019.
2. Heard learned counsel Sri.Madhu Kiran Jagga for Sri.Joseph Anthony, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate Sri.V.Shiva Reddy for respondent No.1 and
learned counsel Sri.Raghavendra G. Gayathri for respondent No.2. Perused the entire writ petition papers.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the parties that the impugned order of entrusting enquiry dated 02.08.2019 and the articles of charge dated 05.09.2019 was the subject matter of Application No.6198/2019 and W.P.No.178/2022 in filed by Sri.R.C.Kemparaju. This Court by order dated 24.10.2024, dismissed the said writ petition of the Karnataka Lokayukta, confirming the order of the Tribunal quashing entrustment of enquiry order dated 02.08.2019 and consequent articles of charge dated 05.09.2019. `

4. In view of the order dated 24.10.2024 in W.P.No.178/2022, this writ petition shall have to be
disposed of in the same terms. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed in terms of order dated 24.10.2024 in W.P.No.178/2022.
