The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 15.12.2017 passed in Criminal Revision No. 8/2016, by Additional Sessions Judge Ramanujganj (C.G), arising out of order dated 31.12.2015 passed in Criminal Case no. 659/2013 by the learned J.M.F.C Rajpur District Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court vide order dated 25.10.1989 passed in Writ Petitioner (Civil) No. 12317/84 wherein it has been held that the trial proceedings of the present case shall be terminated, learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed an affidavit which is on record. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is consigned to record. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State, is present.
