Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s representation dated 29.10.2018, the Police registered a case in Crime No.35 of 2019 on the file of Kavali I Town Police Station, for the offences under Section 420 and 506 IPC and investigating into the case. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed that the respondent Police are not registering a case on the petitioner’s representation dated 29.10.2018. 4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition as the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4 5.
