This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "I. Issue order or direction to the court below to decide the Case No.259 of 2024, Vijay Shankar Vs. Pushpa Sharma, Vijay Shankar Vs. Pushpa Sharma, Under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri since 02.04.2024, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
