JUSTICE SHIVASHANKAR AMARANNAVAR ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to quash the complaint and FIR in Ghantikeri Police Station Crime No.17/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 137(3), 308(2) read with Section 3(5) of BNSS. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6915 CRL.P No. 101723 of 2025 2. On the complaint of respondent No.2, a case came to be registered against the petitioners in Crime No.17/2025 of Ghantikeri Police Station for the aforesaid offences. The said FIR and the complaint is sought to be quashed in the present petition. 3. Sri. Abhinandan Hiremath, learned counsel, files vakalat for respondent No.2. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.1/State. 4. A joint memo is filed and it is signed by the petitioners and respondent No.2 and their respective counsel. 5. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 files an affidavit of respondent No.2 wherein it is stated that respondent No.2 has settled the matter with the petitioners and he has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners.
