JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE ORDER 01.01.2025 01. The petitioner is proprietor of M/s Furqaan Traders and M/s Sheikh Traders situated at Rajeev Nagar Narwal. They are registered under J&K Shops and Establishment Act, 1966 to deal in sale of small animals skin. The business of the petitioner is also registered with the department of Health and Medical Education Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is using the shops as go down for his livestock and hides of the animals and the petitioner was also running the same for processing the livestock. This was stopped by the petitioner when the business of the petitioner was sealed by respondent No. 2. Thereafter the petitioner furnished an undertaking that he will not process the livestock shop nor hold the same. The petitioner is conducting the business as per registration certificates. The 2 respondents have unnecessarily started harassing the petitioner and asked to close the same. 03. Notice to the respondents. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondents and states that she has no objection if this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents not to interfere in the aforesaid business of the petitioner. 04. With consensus of the parties, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents not to unnecessarily interfere in the business of the petitioner without following due course of law. 05.
