Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon; Petitioner has filed a representation dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) for the redressal of his grievances raised in the writ petition, but till date the same has not been adjudicated upon; Petitioner would be 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 satisfied in case competent authority is directed to decide the representation in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. The above is not objected to by learned Additional Advocate General. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
