Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint given by the Petitioner, respondent Police called both parties to the Police Station for enquiry purpose and at that time, both parties stated that they settled the matter outside and gave and undertaking in that regard and would submit that by suppressing all these facts, the present petition is filed by the Petitioner and would finally, submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
