Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the advertisement that has been issued has now been put in abeyance as no land has been provided for the location advertised. He further submits that if the corporation feels it necessary a new advertisement would be issued. 3. We have also perused the impugned order and we find that specific reasons have been provided by the authorities for rejecting the application of the petitioner. 4. In light of the same, we do not find the impugned order to be arbitrary or mala fide in any respect. 5. We make it clear that in the event a fresh advertisement is issued by the corporation the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for the same in accordance with law. 6.
